Aggressive defenses want to make you passive. You have to counter


by being aggressive, using their aggression against them. Take the ball to their chest. Make them stop you. Force the official to call a foul. Aggression doesn't mean playing too fast or out of control, but it means being assertive and confident in what you do, not passive and reactive.
